We have recently been retained by Lewis Homes to workwith them on all aspects of their business from site identification through to sales. We have also assisted Pendragon (Design & Build) Ltd in the identification and acquisition of sites throughout South Wales. Harris Land & Development Services Ltd are are working with Taylor Wimpey to identify and acquire residential development land throughout South Wales.

Planning
We are working with several housebuilders in submitting planning applications for residential developments, negotiating these applications through the planning process, negotiating and agreeing Section 106 agreements with Local Authorities and we are also discharging planning conditions on detailed planning consents.
We have assisted in submitting several planning applications, achieving planning consents and discharging planning conditions on several sites on behalf of both Lewis Homes and Pendragon (Design & Build) Ltd.
Site Promotion
We are working with developers in promoting several schemes through Local Authority "Local Development Plan" processes. We would be able to assist landowners requiring assistance in the promotion of their land through the LDP process and work with developers in negotiating options and conditional contracts to secure such sites.
We have worked closely on promoting several large sites through the RCT CBC LDP process - these site have now been included in the adopted LDP and planning applications have now been submitted.
